This easily washes out with water and it's just a fun & inexpensive way to change the color of your hair. Milani cosmetics was generous to send me their newest lipstick line called the Milani Color Statement Lipstick. They sent me 14 lipsticks, 4 lip liners, one pencil sharpener, two gorgeous cosmetic cases.
